Your role

Do you have experience of leadership within Customer Support or similar operations? Do you want to be a part of our growing business in the Underwater domain?

We are looking for a new Customer Support Manager to lead and participate in developing our Customer Support operation. You will be leading a team of Project Managers and Engineers supporting the customer operation for a group of products (Autonomous and Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles) within the Business Unit Underwater Systems.

You will work closely with your Employees, Contract/Customer Managers, Line Managers and other functions within the Business Unit, to secure that we provide our customers with support through the products' operational life as well as evolving our service offers.

You will report to the Head of Customer Support department and you will be part of our Management Team.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with previous experiences in leading roles as well as experiences from contract execution and project management. As a manager, you need to have a strong business acumen, understanding the importance of customer support business impact on the Business Unit success. You are able to keep the focus on the day-to-day operation while driving the overall strategic questions and operational improvements. You are focusing on achieving results through a team effort.

We put great emphasis on personal characteristics; you are engaged, driven and you have the ability to motivate and enthuse your surroundings. Your leadership style is highly communicative, collaborative and promotes an open, trustful and encouraging work environment.

You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English and you easily share information in a clear and relevant manner, both verbally and in writing.

It is a valuable if you have previous experiences from after sales and customer support, military requirements and maritime installations.
