Your Role

Are you ready to lead transformational change in procurement? Join us as a Procurement Excellence Lead and be a driving force in shaping the future of our global procurement organisation. Our Procurement function is on an ambitious journey to become a world-class purchasing organisation, driving efficiency, sustainability, and profitability. With over 800 procurement professionals globally, we offer an environment where you can make a significant impact.

As a Procurement Excellence Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to develop and optimise our core procurement processes and tools. Collaborating across business areas, you will ensure the implementation of efficient, compliant, and forward-looking solutions that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibility

• Lead strategic projects as part of our Procurement Excellence program, focusing on developing world-class processes and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance category management, supplier quality assurance, and supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare high-quality decision materials for senior councils and boards.
• Collaborate with the Global Procurement team to ensure alignment across our matrix organisation.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing innovative tools and solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support process adoption and effectiveness.

Your profile

To fit in this role, you must be highly self-motivated, structured and communicative. When collaborating with stakeholders, you are confident with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers. You focus on achieving success in individual and team projects.

• A proven change leader with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, project leadership, and data analytics.
• Exceptional communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
