At BRP Systems, we empower fitness and wellness businesses to operate more efficiently with our cutting-edge software solutions. As part of the Onboarding Team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our new customers get started with our systems and ensuring their success from day one.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our new customers through the onboarding process, from initial setup to go-live. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, such as customers, project leaders, and internal teams, to ensure a smooth implementation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions (both online and in person) for the customer and their teams, covering all aspects of the BRP software.
• Guide and collaborate with customers in configuring their systems, including memberships, payment solutions, access systems, and other integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Support, Development and Sales, to address customer needs and challenges.
• Track progress and milestones for onboarding projects, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are mitigated.
• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding projects, coordinating with internal teams such as Development, Support, and Sales to ensure smooth implementation.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our onboarding process and customer experience.
• Document and share best practices for onboarding to contribute to continuous improvement in the team.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a person with proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a similar role, ideally within the software/technology industry. We think that experience from working at a growth company will be beneficial since things are happening quickly, and a lot is going at BRP. It’s important to us that the person we hire feels comfortable in this type of environment. We also want you to have:

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can easily explain complex topics in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems
• A minimum of 1 year of project management experience

You will report directly to John Martin Fonnelop, Director of Onboarding, and collaborate closely with colleagues across BRP Systems.
