Your role

As Head of Physical Security at Saab Dynamics, you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of the daily operations, alongside complex IT environments and projects with high business impact. We are now looking for a person who wants to be part of our team.

The Head of Physical Security is in charge of providing leadership and support for the organization within its area. The main responsibility is to establish and maintain a high level of well-defined governance, as well as implement and manage security controls and provide expert support to the business regard Site Security, Transport & Threat intelligence, Supply Chain Security and Protective Security. The Physical Security function provides competence and is responsible for monitoring of Swedish Protective Security laws and other requirements and regulations, thus supporting the Head of Security as stakeholder.

Your main tasks will be:

Provide strategic direction for the security function and Business Area, develop and convert strategies and strategic objectives to functional targets and action plans for the Physical Security function

Support to implement policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, tools and processes etc with regard to Physical Security's area of responsibility

Continuously monitor and evaluate applicable laws, regulations, requirements and agreements

Facilitate and monitor compliance and reporting within Security organisation

*

Operate and maintain Saabs Security Management System within Physical Security's area of responsibility

As Head of Physical security; plan, coordinate and supervise in the day-to-day staff work, as monitor deadlines, coordinate and organize functional meetings etc.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent work experience, example working with security protection, working for authorities or in a global company including understanding of security-related issues in the business process. Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are a requirement. Driving license is mandatory and the position require travels both national and international.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
